Retail store in Surrey (Guildford Area), currently has a part time position with possibility of full-time available for a friendly, outgoing retail sales associate. Fast pace environment. Should be available 9:30 am – 8:00 pm weekdays and 9:30am-6:30pm weekends. The job does involve some warehouse stocking work, so the successful candidate MUST be able to lift 60 pounds.

Responsibilities:

Keep up-to-date with new products and product changes
Listening, communicating and educating customers about different products and their benefits
Providing exceptional customer service. And we mean exceptional!
Assisting customers in finding products suitable to their lifestyle and needs
Maintaining inventory levels on the floor
Daily housekeeping duties — section maintenance, clean-up, etc.
Interacting with customers in store and over the phone
Creating a comfortable and friendly shopping environment
Cash handling
Smile and enjoy yourself!
